Sophia Donohue

Sophia is a Junior Electronics Engineer at Zedsen, focused on developing the hardware that supports the company's next-generation medical sensing technology.

She holds a MEng in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath, where she specialised in electrochemical biosensing for hormone detection. During her degree, Sophia contributed to Team Bath Heart, a student-led competition team designing a total artificial heart. Before joining Zedsen, she gained industry experience working in a hardware engineering team, designing, testing and validating electronic systems. Sophia is passionate about developing innovative technology that improves patient outcomes.
