Michael Lynch

Mike is a seasoned executive with experience across multiple industries and positions spanning aerospace, consumer electronics, biotech, and the US federal government.

Most recently, he has served in senior executive positions at Rocket Lab, Snap/WaveOptics, SpaceX, and Eli Lilly. At WaveOptics, he was a key member of the executive team that grew the business from a seed funding round to one of the UK's largest exits selling the business to Snap for $660M. Mike has a passion for building high performance organizations and specializes in leading through periods of high growth and achieving scale. Mike has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Wabash College with graduate degrees from Indiana University, Arizona State's Thunderbird School of Global Management, and the London School of Economics.
