Martin Harriman

Martin has been deeply engaged in technology for over 25 years and has been responsible for raising over $1 billion for UK based businesses in the last 5 years.

Martin works with Venture Capital and Private Equity companies and advises two of the UK's largest pension funds on their technology investment strategy. He has led a number of recent successful exits including the sale of a majority stake in Community Fibre to Warburg Pincus and Deutsche Telecom Capital Partners, the sale of Waveoptics to Snap for $660m and the sale of Jola Ltd to Wireless Logic. He is the Independent Chairman of Ozone, the digital advertising business owned by the major UK newspaper publishing groups. Martin's corporate career saw him at a senior executive level in large international companies such as Telefonica and Ericsson, his last corporate role was as a main board director of O2 the UK's largest mobile operator. Martin is a start-up veteran, he was a Founding Director and judge for Pitch at the Palace, and a visiting fellow in entrepreneurship at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
